Caribbean Beach Resort- New Pirate Adventures, Restaurants, and more…

October 13, 2018

After what has seemed like an eternity, the end to the construction at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is near and we can not be more excited!

We are loving how light, bright, and luxurious the Resort is looking.

Lobby

You enter the Resort in Old Port Royale. Everything you need to make your stay at Caribbean Beach is located right here.

Whether you need to check-in, ask some questions, or you just want to hang out in the lobby, this is the place to do all of that.

Need to get some shopping done? Calypso Trading Post is just a few steps away. It wouldn’t be Disney without the Gift Shop, would it?

Dining

Sebastian’s Bistro (which replaced Shutters) is a Table Service Restaurant with waterfront views.

Inspired by Latin and Caribbean flavors, plates such as Skirt Steak “Chimichurri,” Sautéed Shrimp and Tamales, Crispy Avocado-and-Bacon Burger, Plant-based Banh Mi Sandwich, and more can be found on the menu.

Centertown Market is the Quick Service option of the Resort.

You will see both Latin and Caribbean inspired dishes, as well as classic Disney Quick Service meals at the Centertown Market.

There is something for everyone here, including Pizza, Plant-based Caribbean Taco Trio, Caribbean Beef and Chorizo Blend Burger, and Made-to-order bowls that allows you to choose a base, protein, and sauce.

Banana Cabana is a pool-side bar next to Sebastian’s Bistro.

Making sure you always feel like you’re on “island time,” you’ll forget that you’re sitting smack dab in the middle of a Theme Park Resort.

Enjoy exclusive cocktails and non-alcoholic specialty drinks.

I’ve been told to ask about the Tropical Paradise. While I’m not exactly sure what that is, it sounds heavenly.
