To help with the congestion on the walkways in and around the Parks, there will be new restrictions on the type and size of stroller you are able to bring with you in the Parks.

Your stroller will be required to be no larger than 31″ (79cm) wide and no longer than 52″ (132cm).

Many of the strollers on the market, including many double jogging strollers, fit within these size guidelines. But, it is best to make sure that yours is within these guidelines before attempting to enter the Parks.

We’re told that the Security Guards will be equipped with tape measures at the security gates. Of course, it’s up to the individual Guard on how well they implement this guidelines.

Stroller Wagons will no longer be permitted

Wagons have long been banned from the Parks, but under these new Guidelines, Stroller Wagons will also be banned from the Parks.

Starting May 1, 2019, all smoking areas within the Parks will be removed from all Walt Disney World and Disneyland Parks, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and Downtown Disney in California.

Designated smoking areas will remain at Disney Resort Hotels and Disney Springs in Florida.

If you’re visiting one of Disney’s newly “smoke-free Parks”, there will be designated smoking areas available outside of the entrances, as well.

If you have a cooler, you may bring ice, as long as it is in a sealed ziplock back. Re-usable ice packs are also permitted in Disney Parks.
