Bringing a stroller from home can be a hassle. You have to lug it through the airports with the rest of your luggage. And with Disney’s new size restrictions, you may be carrying it across state lines just to learn that it’s too large to be allowed into the Disney Theme Parks.
That’s why many families are leaning towards renting a stroller in Orlando as their best option.
Getting Around Disney’s New Bell Service Restrictions
A few months ago, Disney changed their policy on Stroller Rental deliveries.
Picking up and dropping off your stroller at your Walt Disney World Resort was a convenient option for the Guests. But, with more and more families deciding to leave their stroller at home, Bell Services was getting overcrowded.
It was effecting other duties that Bell Services provides. And the numerous amount of stroller rentals may be to blame.
So, Disney decided it was time to change its policies.
But, this created a whole new set of problems for Orlando Stroller Rental companies and their customers. More planning would have to be made on either party’s end to ensure they were both able to be present for drop off and pick up.
Disney rents their own strollers. So, I appreciate the fact that they are still letting their Guests choose to rent from outside companies. But, to be honest, waiting around for a representative to come deliver your stroller isn’t the magical beginning you expect from a Disney vacation.
This is why having the choice to pick up and drop off your stroller at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) makes so much sense.
Disney is a magical place with more activities that any person can do within any vacation. So, it makes sense that Guests whant to get a head start on the activities they had planned.
Picking your stroller up from the airport gives you the opportunity to start your vacation right away. Instead of waiting around for your stroller, you can head right to a Theme Park, Disney Springs, or anywhere else you had planned.
And most importantly, you’re also adhering to Disney’s policies.
Stroller Pick Up and Drop Off Location
You can find Kingdom Strollers’ location in Terminal A, Level 1.
If you get lost, there are signs around Orlando International Airport to guide you in the right direction. You can look on MCO’s app or website for a map of the airport.
Disney’s Magical Express is located in Terminal B Level 1.
How will this effect your reservation on the Magical Express?
The good news is that this won’t effect Magical Express.
Whether you make the reservation yourself or your Travel Agent does it for you, your reservation just tells Disney that you will need a ride. There is no scheduled time you have to be at the shuttles.
Planes get delayed and Disney realizes that you may want to eat or shop once you land at the airport. For us, Disney’s Earport is too hard to pass up. So, we always make a stop inside as soon as we get off the plane.
So, there is no need to rush or worry that the shuttles will leave without you. One will be available when you need it.
Why Kingdom Strollers?
There are many different Orlando based rental companies. So, why should you go with Kingdom Strollers?
Well, first of all, their customer service is top knotch. It’s true that my children are too old to need a stroller. But, as an affiliate, I can still attest to their friendliness and desire to make every single one of their customers happy. And their high satisfaction rating proves that.
Secondly, when you rent a stroller, they send their customers a coupon for free delivery from Orlando Grocery Express. That’s a $14 savings!
Whether you forgot to pack something or you just want to save some money on food at Walt Disney World by having some snacks on hand, you’ll want to keep this coupon.
Staying hydrated at Disney is important. Although Disney does hand out free ice water to everyone who asks for it, it’s given to you in small-ish cups and it’s straight from the tap.
I don’t mind the taste of Florida water. But, having our own saves us from having to wait in a Quick Service line.
So, we purchase water and have it delivered to our Disney Resort. But, with most companies in the area charging $14 to deliver, it wouldn’t make sense to do that without coupon codes.
