Ways To Celebrate Your Birthday At Walt Disney World As An Adult

January 5, 2019

What better place to spend your birthday than the happiest place on earth? One of these days I will make it to Disney for my birthday. But until then, I will live vicariously though others while helping them plan their most magical birthday ever!

Wear a Birthday Pin

Very few things are free at Disney, but Birthday pins are 100% free. Grab them at your Resort or in the Parks and wear it with pride. You never know when some Pixie Dust will be sprinkled your way.

Cast Members like to congratulate you on your birthday as you walk around Walt Disney World. But, you may also get a special treat. Certain restaurants may give you a free cupcake for your birthday. It’s not guaranteed, so don’t get upset if you don’t get one. But, if you do, consider yourself very lucky.

Pre-order a cake

Pre-ordered cakes are available for delivery to your Resort, participating Restaurant, or for pick-up at Amorette’s Patisserie, in Disney Springs. Starting at $35, you can get a super cute birthday cake (or give one to a family member celebrating their birthday).

Book a Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience

Where else can you drive a vintage amphicar straight into the water or soar 400 feet in the air on a hot air balloon?

Perhaps you want to be treated like a princess at one of Disney’s Spas. Or you may want to get a Disney-Themed Manicure.

Or maybe you just want to ride all the rides with little to no wait, no matter what the crowd levels are like. It’s possible with a VIP Tour Guide. Not only do you get to go to the front of the line, you learn some secrets and history behind some of Disney’s famous rides and attractions. While this is on the pricier end, everyone has said that it was one of the best things they have ever experienced in their life. Talk about feeling like a princess…
